2021 Wild & Free Viognier

Only 25 cases of this single vineyard Viognier were made. 

Aromatic with notes of ripe golden apples, gooseberry, poached pear, chamomile, honey. Hints of marzipan and vibrant minerality. Flavours follow through from the nose with nectarine and lemon being the prominent primary fruit flavours. The oak influence is nuanced with notes of marzipan. Minerality shines through with a salivating astringency. 

Enjoy this wine with any grilled fish, creamy Parmesan risotto, or Spinach spanakopita.

Bottled without fining after filtering, we approached this delicate wine with minimal intervention to allow the single-vineyard terroir to shine through.
