Tasting:
Aspect: watery core to clear rim, low colour intensity of pale straw with green slight hue, slight tint of gold indicating barrel contact.
Nose: fresh and vibrant primary notes of key lime, grassy subtle, honey dew melon, nectarine, white peach, wet rock minerality, blossoms. Secondary notes of restrained notes from oak with expressions of marzipan, twiggy wood hints; smoky yogurt from the partial malolactic fermentation. High complexity with high intensity.
Palate: DRY. High acidity, medium plus bodied, medium plus intensity, high complexity, flavours follow through, primary fruit flavours more prominent on the palate. High quality

Roasted asparagus with goats cheese; smoked salmon and capers; seared rabbit and Spring peas; chicken tarragon with white wine reduction cream sauce.
