The Story

Crafted according to "methode traditionelle", this classic sparkling wine from selected Chardonnay grapes was fermented with traditional "prise de Mousse" yeast and then rested quietly for over ten years in the cool shadows of our cellar. Elegant in style, rich in bouquet, complex in flavour, truly a savage Brut waiting to be tamed.

The Story

This Icewine from the Vidal grape variety is deep gold in colour, with aromas of tropical fruit, apricot, tangerine, and honey with a natural acidity that provides an ideal counterpoint to its delicious sweetness.
