Our very limited Cabernet Sauvignon Icewine exhibits a unique style with both aroma and taste offering hints of Santa Rosa black plums and ripe red currants. We bottled this elegant Icewine early to preserve the natural fruity characters of this varietal.

The sheer elegance of this icewine makes it perfect for special occasions.

The Story

The Icewine from the Gewurztraminer grape variety is light gold in colour, with aromas of grapefruit, apricot, spice and honey, and has a natural acidity that provides an ideal counterpoint to its delicious sweetness. A fine example of the Canadian craft of Icewine, rendered in the usual Palatine format.

A sophisticated Icewine that can be enjoyed by all palates.
